Salary: £13.30 - £14.30 PH

Your role as a Community Care Assistant / Care Worker:

  • Feel Supported - Be confident in your role, good team culture.
  • Enhance lives in your community - No cutting time or standards for happier healthier Clients (1hr minimum calls)
  • Development opportunities - Senior roles available and career progression.
  • Assisting with daily living, utilising their abilities for cognitive stimulation.
  • Safely engaging within their local community with meaningful activities.
  • Overseeing important medication and nutritional supplements.
  • Supporting with personal care and assisting to dress.
