At Right at Home Solent, we help people in our local community live independently in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to support clients in and around the Fareham area.
Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant or have a caring nature and are looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you.
Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide full training and ongoing support.

Your Role
- As a Live-in Carer, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support, including:
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and errands
- Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
- Who We're Looking For
- Care Assistant experience is preferred but not required
- A kind, compassionate, and reliable individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Aged 18 or over
