What You’ll Receive
- Weekday Pay: £14.80 – £16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Weekend Pay: £15.30 – £17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Paid Training: 2 weeks + shadowing (£230)
- Mileage Allowance: £0.35 per mile
- Enhanced rates for weekends & bank holidays

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and medication support
- Preparing meals and assisting with light household tasks
- Supporting clients to stay active, safe, and engaged
- Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or social outings
- Driving to clients’ homes across the Fareham area to deliver care and support
This is a community-based role, so being able to travel between clients is essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
- Minimum of 25 hours per week
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- A caring, reliable, and compassionate nature.
