Hi, I\\\’m Yasmin, the Care Manager at Right at Home Solent. I\\\’ve been in Care since 2006, driven by a passion for helping people and making positive changes in their lives. Starting as a laundry assistant while studying Health and Social Care, I\\\’ve worked my way up to management over the years.

Duties of the role will include:
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping and housekeeping
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
- Keeping up to date documentation
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends. Must be available for minimum 25 hours per week.
- Must hold a full valid UK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle. We cannot consider candidates with international and provisional driving licence.
- Must live within Southampton or the surrounding areas.
- Must have a valid Right To Work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship, sponsor switch, and additional hours for candidates who are sponsored by another care company.
