Community Care Assistant

Working as a CareGiver with Right at Home Solent is a rewarding and fulfilling role that doesn\’t feel like work but still comeswith a great salary!

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people to support our clients to live with dignity and independence in their own home.

What we offer:

  • Premium hourly rates Β£15.91 per hour including holiday.

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Promoting independence
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings

Requirements:

  • Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends – must be available to work minimum 25 hours per week
  • Must hold a full and valid fullUK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle – we cannot consider candidates with international and provisional driving licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK – we cannot offer sponsorship, sponsor switch, and additional hours for candidates sponsored by another care company
