Right at Home UK is seeking Evening Care Assistants to support clients across the Medway Towns (Gillingham, Rainham, Chatham, Rochester, Strood and surrounding areas). You will help with daily tasks, personal care and companionship, enabling clients to live safely at home.
The role requires a kind and dependable mindset, with a focus on promoting independence. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and you must be available for 3 afternoons/evenings per week (3pm-10pm)
