Are you passionate about helping others succeed? As a Business Growth Consultant, you will play a key role in helping franchise owners scale their operations effectively. Through a blend of onsite and virtual meetings, you will offer advice and guidance to build the right foundations, processes and systems to grow a successful sustainable business.

As a Business Growth Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching and mentoring Franchise Owners to enhance performance.
- Building trusting relationships as the primary franchisee contact.
- Visiting sites in person to provide hands-on support with embedding processes during the new owner onboarding phase.
- Analysing recruitment, retention, and marketing data to optimise efforts.
- Sharing best practices for acquisition, retention, and growth.
- Conducting financial analysis and assisting with action planning (training provided).
- Facilitating business growth sessions and assisting with setting team KPIs.
- Supporting annual business planning and target setting for revenue, recruitment, and quality improvements.
- Helping localise marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborating with National Office teams for specialised support.
- Maintaining detailed franchisee records and tracking progress.
- Developing action plans based on stakeholder feedback.
- Supporting system and process implementation.
Key Attributes:
- Experience of working in the franchising sector β preferred.
