About the Role
We’re looking for warm, dependable Care Assistants to support our clients in their own homes with tasks such as:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Requirements
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
- Commit to attending a 3‑day training course
- Live locally to Bishop’s Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
