Right at Home Mid Sussex are looking for bright, organised and caring people to join our experienced and supportive office team in the role of Senior Health Care Assistant.
A Senior Health Care Assistant is at the heart of our operations in co-ordinating the daily communications between the care team and the office team, involving liaising both in the office and in the field with our clients and carers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring Care Assistants to deliver outstanding care
- Introducing Care Assistants to new Clients and talking through care plans with them
- Completing Care Certificate assessments of our new Care Assistants
- Monitoring clients regularly for satisfaction and quality of care
- Creating and reviewing personalised care plans and risk assessments for Clients
- Assisting in the office with day-to-day enquiries, communications and general administration
- Delivering care calls in emergencies or gaps in the rota and managing on-call telephone support
40 hours weekly including alternate weekend working
Who We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of two years’ experience of working within home care
- Must have driving licence and own car
- Resident in Mid Sussex area
- Organised, communicative, fun and personable
- Experienced in customer facing roles
- Proficient in Microsoft office and computer literate
