Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting Care Assistants to deliver high-quality care
- Conducting spot checks and field visits to monitor service delivery
- Creating and reviewing individualised care plans
- Providing hands-on support when required
- Delivering training, shadowing and ongoing coaching for CareGivers
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
- Working with the Care Manager to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications
- Resident in the local area (RH15, RH16, RH17, or BN6)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in home care, domiciliary care, or residential care
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care preferred
- Confident communicator with great leadership and people skills
- Flexible to work an irregular shift pattern, including regular weekends and on-call
