Role Overview: Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? Right at Home Swindon is a high-quality home care provider, supporting individuals across the local community to live fulfilling, independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.
We’re looking for caring, reliable and compassionate people to join our friendly team as Home Support Workers for evening and weekend shifts. Whether you’re brand new to care or already experienced, we’ll provide full, paid training and ongoing support to help you build a fulfilling career.
What we offer:
- £14.65 per hour + 40p per mile travel allowance
- Time and a half pay on bank holidays
- Double pay on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day
- Guaranteed hours contract (after probation)
- 28 days paid holiday per year (pro rata)

Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients with evening routines and personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing and assisting with meals
- Administering medication
- Supporting with light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping with dressing, bedtime routines and local outings
- Promoting confidence, independence and wellbeing
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, reliable and compassionate approach
- Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Aged 18 or over
- Willing to obtain Class 1 business insurance for your vehicle
