Overview
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, delivering high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes. This role involves traveling within the community including Swindon, Wroughton, Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Purton, Broad Town and Broad Hinton supporting them with day-to-day activities to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Support clients with medication, meal preparation, and feeding as required
- Assist with mobility and use of aids
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure clients’ homes are clean, safe, and comfortable
Requirements
- A full, valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Previous experience in care is not essential as full training provided
- Kind, empathetic, and patient nature
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
What We Offer
- Premium hourly rate of £14.65 an hour
