Some of our services include, Personal Care Support,Dementia Care, Hospital to Home, Companionship, Outings, and much more.

Millions of people over the age of 70 live alone, often going over a month without speaking to a friend, neighbour or family member. Not only does social isolation increase the risk of mental health problems just as depression and anxiety but also many physical health issues such as dementia, stroke and premature mortality.

- Minimum 1-hour calls – No rushing, one to one time with your client

Duties will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Shopping and Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Assisting Clients to access the community

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License.
- Right to Work in the UK. – We are not able to accept applicants from outside of the UK
- Be currently living within our covered area (Southampton, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest and the surrounding areas)
- Be available for 2 evenings a week and every other weekend.
