Right at Home Solent is looking for caring and reliable Female Care Assistants to support people in their own homes across Totton and the New Forest.

This role is ideal if you prefer evening work, need daytime free for family, study, or other commitments, or want extra hours through a split shift pattern.

Available shifts

• Evening shift: 5:00pm – 10:00pm

• Split shift: 9:30am – 1:00pm and 5:30pm – 10:30pm

No experience needed

We provide full paid training, so you can start a rewarding career in care even if you have never worked in care before.

What we offer

• £14.80–£16.59 per hour weekdays

• £15.30–£17.15 per hour weekends

• Paid mileage – 35p per mile

• Fully paid training

What you’ll do

• Personal care

• Medication reminders

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Companionship and emotional support

• Helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What you’ll need

• Female applicants only (personal care requirement)

• Available for at least 20 hours per week

• Available for 3 weekdays and every other weekend

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• A caring, dependable attitude
