We are looking for caring and reliable Health Care Assistants / Care Assistants (Carers) to join our friendly Southampton team. Whether you already have care experience or are looking to start a career in Home Care, we would love to hear from you.
No experience is required - full paid training is provided.
What We Offer
£14.80-£16.59 per hour weekdays (including holiday pay)
£15.30-£17.15 per hour weekends (including holiday pay)
35p per mile mileage allowance
Paid training before you start (£230 training bonus)
Minimum 1-hour visits

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Home Care Assistant / Carer, you will support clients with:
Personal care
Medication support
Preparing meals and drinks
Companionship and social support
Light housekeeping and shopping
Helping clients remain independent at home
Keeping accurate care records
Flexible Working Hours
We offer flexible working patterns, including morning shifts.
Typical shifts include:
Morning shift: 7:00am - 1:00pm
Split shifts: 9:30am - 1:00pm and 5:15pm - 10:00pm
You will start on a Flexible Hours Contract during your first 12 weeks while building your regular client schedule. There may be opportunities to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for more consistent hours and earnings.
What You Will Need
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
No visa sponsorship available
Available for at least 20 hours per week
Available to work at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
