Right at Home Solent & Southampton is seeking a Client Care Lead to manage the client journey from initial enquiry through onboarding and ongoing support. You will ensure services are delivered in a safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led manner.

Reporting to the Registered Care Manager, you will act as the central point of accountability for client experience, building strong relationships, coordinating assessments, onboarding new clients within 72 hours, and championing.
