Right at Home Solent is looking for caring and reliable Female Health Care Assistants / Care Assistants to join our friendly Home Care team in Gosport.
This morning shift role is ideal if you want to work early hours and keep your afternoons free for family, school runs, studies, or other commitments.
No experience needed - full training provided
We welcome applicants with or without care experience. If you are kind, compassionate, and enjoy helping others, we will provide all the training and support you need.

Typical shift: 7:00am-1:00pm

What you will do
As a Care Assistant / Carer, you will support clients in their own homes with:
Personal care
Medication reminders
Meal preparation
Companionship
Helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent
We believe in providing genuine, person-centred care with enough time for every visit.
What we are looking for
Female applicants only (occupational requirement due to personal care)
Available to work 7:00am-1:00pm
Minimum 20 hours per week
Available for at least 3 weekday mornings each week
Able to work every other weekend
Full UK driving licence
Access to your own vehicle
Right to work in the UK
