Join the Outstanding-rated team at Right at Home Solent. At Right at Home Solent, we help people in our local community live independently in the comfort of their own homes. We are looking for compassionate and reliable Live-in Carers to support clients in and around the Fareham area.
Whether you're an experienced Care Assistant or have a caring nature and are looking for a rewarding new career, we'd love to hear from you. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as we provide full training and ongoing support.
Pay & Working Pattern
- £128 per day
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Live-in placements in and around the Fareham area

Your Role
As a Live-in Carer, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred support, including:
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Shopping and errands
- Supporting clients to remain independent in their own homes
Who We're Looking For
- Care Assistant experience is preferred but not required
- A kind, compassionate, and reliable individual
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- Aged 18 or over
