Pay & Benefits
- Weekdays: £14.80–£16.59 per hour (including holiday pay)
- Weekends: £15.30–£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
- 35p per mile paid mileage
- Flexible working hours
- Opportunity to apply for a Guaranteed Hours Contract after 12 weeks
- Minimum 1-hour visits – no rushed calls

What We’re Looking For
No previous care experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need. You must:
- Be available for 7am–1pm morning shifts
- Be able to work at least 20 hours per week
- Be available on alternate weekends
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be caring, reliable, and compassionate

What You’ll Do as a Carer
As a Care Assistant / Health Care Assistant, you’ll help clients remain independent in their own homes by providing:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Light household assistance
- Support with appointments and daily routines
Every visit lasts at least 1 hour, giving you time to build meaningful relationships and provide high-quality care.
