Right at Home Solent is looking for caring and reliable Care Assistants to support Clients in their own homes across Totton and the New Forest.

This role is ideal if you prefer evening work, want your daytime free for family or other commitments, or are looking to build a career in care.

Available Shifts

Evening: 5:00pm to 10:00pm

Split: 9:30am to 1:00pm and 5:30pm to 10:30pm

What We Offer

• £14.80 to £16.59 per hour weekdays

• £15.30 to £17.15 per hour weekends

• 35p per mile paid mileage

No Care Experience?

That's okay. Full paid training is provided, so you can start your career in care with the right support.

Your Role

You may support Clients with:

• Personal care

• Medication reminders

• Preparing meals and drinks

• Companionship

• Supporting independence and wellbeing

What You'll Need

• Availability for at least 20 hours per week

• Availability for 3 weekdays and alternate weekends

• Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• Caring and reliable approach
