Right at Home Solent is a quality home-care provider in the local community. We cover Southampton, Fareham and surrounding areas, and our aim is to support vulnerable adults, older people and their families. Some of our services include Personal Care Support, Dementia Care, Hospital to Home, Companionship, Outings, and much more.

What we offer:

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day.
  • Administering medication.
  • Assisting with personal care.
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing.
  • Promoting independence.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings.

Requirements:

  • Be available for early mornings/evenings/alternate weekends - must be available to work minimum 25 hours per week.
  • Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence and have unlimited access to own vehicle - we cannot consider candidates with international and provisional driving licence.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorship, sponsor switch, and additional hours for candidates sponsored by another care company.
