We have a fabulous opportunity for carers to work Monday and Wednesday evenings or Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings, 4:30 - 9pm plus alternate Saturday and Sunday evenings. Average of about hours per week, but potentially more calls. Visiting regular, local clients in their own homes.

HOURS:
- Mondays & Wednesdays: availability to work between 4:30pm and 9pm
- Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays: availability to work between 4:30 and 9pm
- Alternate weekends: availability to work between 4:30pm and 9pm
LOCATION: The clients for these roles are in the Waltham St Lawrence, Twyford and Woodley areas.
PAY: £14.05 (days) £16.20 (evenings after 7pm & weekends) starting pay rates.
THE ROLE: You will support our elderly clients to live independently in their own homes. You will only care for clients that you have been introduced to and whom you will then care for on a regular basis, and all our calls are at least one hour long – there are no bish-bash-bosh calls with us.
WHAT YOU BRING: Empathy and patience. No experience needed; if you are kind, reliable and genuinely caring we can teach you the rest. We hire for heart, not just history. Full valid UK driving licence and own vehicle. Live within 10 miles of Wokingham. Right to work in the UK.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide companionship and help with activities and appointments.
- Prepare and cook nutritious meals.
- Supermarket shop as well as clean and tidy around the home, keeping clients' homes just the way they like them to be kept.
- Manage medication.
- Support with personal care including showering, toileting and dressing.
