PART TIME CARER - HOME CARE

Days: Thursdays, Fridays + alternate weekends: 8:30am – 2:30pm OR Evenings: Thursdays, Fridays + alternate weekends: 4:45pm - 9pm

We’re looking for a new team member with experience of working in a role caring for elderly clients to join our friendly, supportive team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

What you bring:

  • Reliability, a caring nature and good communication skills.
  • Experience of caring for people living with dementia.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Live close to Wokingham, Woodley and Twyford areas.
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.

  • £14.05 days (before 7pm) £16.20 evenings (after 7pm) and weekends.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide companionship and help with activities.
  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals.
  • Light housework, keeping clients’ homes just the way they like them to be kept.
  • Manage medication.
  • Support with personal care including showering, toileting and dressing.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and shopping as required.
