There are many vulnerable adults such as the elderly and less able-bodied individuals living close to you. Many of them are isolated, lonely and need assistance or companionship. Right at Home is looking for passionate, positive and kind individuals to provide care for them in London Borough of Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Responsibilities

  • Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  • Help clients take prescribed medications
  • Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Assist clients with mobility around the house and outside
  • Help clients with household chores
  • Prepare and cook meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
  • Assist clients with running errands such as shopping or picking up prescribed medications
  • Reporting any unusual incidents
  • Act immediately and responsibly in case of emergency
  • Other care related duties depending on the needs of the client
