Right at Home East Lancs provides high-quality home care to vulnerable adults across East Lancashire, supporting them in their own homes. We are recruiting Evening Home Care Assistants for part-time and full-time shifts.

About The Role

  • Flexible evening hours covering visits from 3 pm to 10 pm, seven days a week.
  • This role provides varied, rewarding opportunities to make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Motivating clients to get the most out of their evenings
  • Assisting with personal care, washing, and dressing
  • Administering medication
  • Supporting with mobility
  • Evening meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A genuine passion for helping others
  • Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work evenings
  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Healthcare Assistant, or NHS worker is welcome but not essential. We provide full training and encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
