Right at Home East Lancs provides high-quality home care to vulnerable adults across East Lancashire, supporting them in their own homes. We are recruiting Evening Home Care Assistants for part-time and full-time shifts.
About The Role
- Flexible evening hours covering visits from 3 pm to 10 pm, seven days a week.
- This role provides varied, rewarding opportunities to make a real difference.

Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Motivating clients to get the most out of their evenings
- Assisting with personal care, washing, and dressing
- Administering medication
- Supporting with mobility
- Evening meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
Qualifications & Requirements
- A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- The right to work in the UK
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Reliability, compassion, and a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Healthcare Assistant, or NHS worker is welcome but not essential. We provide full training and encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
