The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role focused on generating private enquiries, building referral partnerships and converting opportunities into sustainable care packages.
Working closely with the Director and leadership team, you will take ownership of the private client growth pipeline, from first contact through to conversion and ongoing relationship development.
You will spend much of your time in the community building relationships, attending events, representing the business and creating opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a clear private client growth strategy for Cardiff & Newport.
- Generate new private enquiries through networking, partnerships, community engagement and targeted marketing activity.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals, charities, community groups, retirement developments and other local influencers.
- Convert enquiries into assessments and long-term care packages in partnership with the care team.
- Improve enquiry-to-assessment and assessment-to-client conversion rates.
- Identify new market opportunities, local trends and potential partnerships.
- Represent Right at Home at networking events, presentations and community activities.
- Work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular reporting on performance and opportunities.
- Use data and KPIs to drive growth and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure business growth is supported by recruitment capacity and excellent client experience.

About You
You may come from care, healthcare, recruitment, estate agency, hospitality, professional services or another business development environment.
While care sector experience is beneficial, commercial drive and relationship-building skills are most important.
