We are recruiting for a special individual to join our team to offer support for a younger lady who we support in the south-wight area. Right at Home Isle of Wight is a leading homecare provider, known for delivering top-quality care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes and for valuing and rewarding our brilliant Care Assistants.

What will you receive?

  • Premium hourly rates £14.75 weekday and £15.25 weekends plus holiday pay

What will you be doing?

  • Motivating our client to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care (assistance with washing, toileting, and personal hygiene)
  • Assisting with moving and handling
  • Light housekeeping
  • Preparation of nutritious meals
  • Supporting our client in the community for appointments or outings

What do you need?

  • Be available to work 12-hour shifts (09:00 – 21:00)
  • Flexibility within the week and weekend to cover required shifts (2-3 days per week on average)
  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Be willing to drive the client’s vehicle for appointments and outings (insurance covered by client)
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Be a reliable team player with a caring and positive attitude
  • Experience is preferred
