Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Must be available Fridays and at least alternative weekends. (Please note we also have a variety of shifts available to fit your commitments, so if you have availability of 8hrs or more a week please get in touch)
- Commit to attending a paid 3‑day training course
- Located within a 12 mile radius of Horsforth
- Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance
Duties will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings in the car
