Right at Home Medway is recruiting Morning Care Assistants to support clients across the Medway towns. If you are looking for flexible, rewarding work that makes a real difference in your community, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience is not required as full training is provided.

What We're Looking For
- Availability for mornings from 7am
- Based in the Medway area
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Able to work alternate weekends
- Right to work in the UK (we cannot provide CoS)
- Able to attend a 3-day induction at our Gillingham office
What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and support with hobbies or outings
- Assist with medication and personal care
- Support clients living with Dementia
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Help clients remain safe, independent and comfortable at home
