We are seeking an experienced Female Live-In Carer to support clients in their own homes in a consistent and rewarding care role. A driver is preferred. This position is ideal for someone who wants meaningful one-to-one care work, a structured rota pattern, and a supportive employer.
Supportive Team
You will be supported by a friendly office team and have access to 24/7 assistance while on placement.
Consistency of Care
Work with the same clients and build long-term relationships. No constant rota changes.
Fixed Work Pattern
A minimum rota of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off gives you predictable work and time for personal life.
Training and Progression
Opportunity to gain Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualifications.
Core Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assisting with washing, dressing, grooming, continence care, and mobility support.
- Companionship: Providing social interaction, conversation, and emotional support.
- Household Duties: Light cleaning, laundry, meal planning, cooking nutritious meals, and shopping.
- Medication Management: Administering meds, ordering and collecting prescriptions.
- Mobility & Transport: Helping clients move around the home and accompanying them to appointments, shops, or social outings.
- Specialist Care: Providing focused care for conditions like Dementia, Parkinson's, or post-surgery recovery.
