Location: Chichester & Bognor Regis
Access to your own vehicle required. You must also be eligible to live and work in the UK — please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
15 - 20 Hours at £14.25 - £14.80 + travel time + mileage
15 - 20 Hours at £14.75 – £15.20 per hour + on-call payment
This is a split role, combining hands‑on care delivery with senior duties. Your hours will be divided either as 20 hours of care and 20 hours of senior work, or 18 hours of care and 18 hours of senior work, per week. You will also take part in the shared on‑call rota, which is paid.
Due to continued growth in our service, we are looking to add a Senior CareGiver to our amazing team. You will work alongside our experienced Senior CareGiver as part of a supportive, close‑knit team.

THE ROLE
As a Senior CareGiver, you'll promote our core values and beliefs in every aspect of your role, from working with our fantastic Clients to mentoring and supporting CareGivers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering outstanding care to Clients and leading by example
- Carrying out spot checks and competency sign‑off
- Mentoring and being a point of contact for new CareGivers
- Updating support plans as Clients' needs change
- Supporting with medication audits and competency checks
- Communicating effectively with Clients, families, colleagues
- Carrying out client assessments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of working within a health and social care setting
- Experience of promoting wellbeing through a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent care
- Good organisational and leadership skills
