Our Trainee Field Care Supervisors create, review, and continually assess support plans for our clients. An office and field based role that will support our aims to deliver high quality care.

Full training to be able to write and update high quality, person centred care plans

Full support in attending new referral meetings with potential clients

Competitive salary From £25,000 depending on experience plus bonus

After Training: Providing care and support to our clients..

Attending new referral assessments with potential clients, building an initial relationship with both the client and their family

\n

Write and review person centred support plans, ensuring amendments are made to ensure the best quality care is provided

\n

Conduct spot checks on members of staff, providing constructive feedback to support staff development

\n

Able to motivate & lead others

\n

Opportunity to work towards your NVQ Level 5

Conduct Risk Assessments to ensure safety for clients and staff

\n

Person Specification:

\n

To have experience in a care role

\n

To be a kind and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing the highest standards of care

\n

Key Requirements:

\n

Have a full UK or EU/EAA driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Alternatively, a suitable form of transport for which you can obtain business insurance for, such as a motorbike or motor scooter.

\n

A satisfactory enhanced DBS check, which we will apply for on your behalf

\n

Have a flexible approach to your working hours

\n

To participate in on-call duties as part of a large team

\n

Basic IT skills desirable

\n
