Key responsibilities include:
- Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.
- Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.
- Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.
- Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.

Person Specification:
