Key responsibilities include:
- Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.
- Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.
- Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.
- Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.
Care schedulers play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of home care services, ensuring that the needs of both caregivers and patients are met. They need to possess a variety of skills and qualifications to effectively manage the scheduling and coordination of care services.

Person Specification:
- To be a kind and compassionate individual who is passionate about providing the highest standards of care
- Preferable scheduling experience, but not necessary
- Organised and a team player
- Basic IT skills
Key Requirements:
- Full Driving license
- Have access to a vehicle
- A satisfactory enhanced DBS check, which we will apply for on your behalf
- Have a flexible approach to your working hours
- To participate in on-call duties as part of a large team
