FULL TIME CARE SCHEDULER (Trainee or experienced) at Right At Home, Bristol.
At Right at Home, we offer person centred care which enables our customers to maintain their lifestyle in their own home. Our Full Time Scheduler role will involve a range of tasks related to scheduling and coordinating care services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating staff schedules: Organizing the schedule of home care staff to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Coordinating with clients: Identifying and accommodating the care needs of clients.
- Maintaining accurate records: Keeping up-to-date records of patient care and services delivered.
- Communicating with clients: Ensuring effective communication with clients, their families, and caregivers.
- Managing care visits: Ensuring care visits are covered when staff are unable to work due to sickness or other reasons.
- Being part of our On-Call team including some evenings and weekends.
- Delivering home care where needed to fit with our team.

Person Specification:
