As a Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the rooftop bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service throughout each shift. You’ll lead by example on the floor, guide and support the bar and floor teams, and step in confidently when the management team needs you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service and shift operations in collaboration with the management team
- Motivate, support, and guide front-of-house team members
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences through warm, professional service
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor during peak hours
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and licensing standards
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and prompt action
- Support stock control and daily reporting where required
