We’re excited to announce the opening of Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers, a new dining destination created in partnership with Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global, opening this autumn 2026.
Set directly on the River Thames in the heart of London’s South Bank, Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers will bring together elevated British dining, exceptional hospitality and panoramic river views.
Open from breakfast through to dinner, the restaurant will celebrate the very best of British produce, from exceptional seafood and shellfish to Gordon Ramsay classics, alongside an expansive outdoor riverside terrace.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef and wider culinary leadership team to deliver consistently high standards across the kitchen.
The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation, maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation, and helping to lead, develop and inspire the kitchen brigade.
The Sous Chef plays an important role in guiding the team through the transition to the new Gordon Ramsay restaurant, helping to establish the standards, culture and ways of working required for a successful launch.
- What you’ll be doing
- Support the Head Chef in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
- Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service.
- Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, preparation, presentation and hygiene.
- Support menu development and implementation, with a strong focus on seasonality and quality ingredients.
- Ensure excellent communication between all kitchen sections and the wider Food & Beverage team.
- Coach, develop and inspire junior chefs, helping them build their skills and careers.
- Monitor stock, waste, ordering and kitchen costs to support effective financial management.
- Ensure all food safety, health & safety and company standards are consistently followed.
- Contribute to the pre‑opening and launch of Gordon Ramsay at Sea Containers.
