This is a senior, high-impact role for Sea Containers London, reporting directly to the Regional Director of Revenue. The Senior Revenue Manager is responsible for driving total revenue performance through data-led pricing, inventory, distribution, and forecasting strategies, ensuring the hotel maximises RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share across all key segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute revenue strategy to maximise room revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, segmentation, and distribution across all channels to optimise performance (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy).
  • Monitor demand, booking trends, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities in the market.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and performance analysis to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Optimise channel mix and maintain rate integrity, system accuracy, and effective use of revenue management tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, Digital, Tech) to align strategy and drive results.
  • Implement tactical plans to improve performance, including managing overbookings, group displacement, and demand periods.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, partner relationships, and team development to foster a high-performance, revenue-driven culture.
Requirements
  • Proven revenue management experience in luxury hospitality, ideally within a five-star or premium London market.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
  • Deep understanding of distribution strategy and the travel ecosystem (OTAs, GDS, intermediaries, and direct channels).
  • Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and key hotel systems (e.g. RMS, PMS, CRS, Opera, IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis, SiteMinder).
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, prioritise, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
