We’re looking for a warm, energetic and guest-focused In Room Dining Server to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests’ rooms. What you’ll be doing
- Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally
- Providing friendly, attentive and personalised service throughout each guest interaction
- Taking and processing in-room dining orders accurately
- Ensuring trays and trolleys are beautifully presented and meet our service standards
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Anticipating guest needs and responding confidently to special requests
- Clearing trays and trolleys efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Following food safety, hygiene and hotel procedures at all times
- Helping to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Friendly, confident and naturally personable
- Highly attentive to detail and organised
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator and supportive team player
- Flexible and reliable, with a positive approach to every shift
- Previous hotel, restaurant or in-room dining experience is desirable.
Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge + benefits
