The Role

As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You will take pride in maintaining our beautifully designed rooms to the highest standards, while embodying the warmth and spirit of Sea Containers London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the hotel's brand standards.
  • Replace linen, towels, and guest amenities as required.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, pantries, and housekeeping areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property promptly.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Re-stock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is maintained in good condition.
  • Work efficiently and manage time to meet daily room targets.
  • Provide friendly and professional service to guests when approached.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Ensure all rooms are presented to a high standard for guest check-in times.

Salary: £14.04 p/h + service charge, plus benefits
