The Restaurant Supervisor

As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and contributing to the overall success of our dining services.

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the front-of-house team, foster a positive work environment, and strive for excellence in guest satisfaction.

The role will report directly to Restaurant Floor Manager and will have a dotted reporting line to the Restaurant Manager at the location the position is based at.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the Restaurant team, providing coaching, training, and day-to-day support to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating plans, staffing, opening/closing procedures, and service flow.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving guest concerns professionally and proactively.
  • Drive team performance and development, ensuring colleagues are confident in service standards, menu knowledge, and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain exceptional operational standards, ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organised, and compliant with all health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
  • Collaborate across the business, working closely with kitchen, bar, terrace, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
