We’re looking for a forward-thinking Regional Director of Technology to oversee all technology operations across Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and innovative technology environments that enhance both guest experience and commercial performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the regional technology strategy in alignment with Lore Group’s vision.
- Oversee all hotel technology systems, including PMS, POS, AV, telephony, networks, and key integrations.
- Ensure 24/7 operational stability and exceptional service delivery across both properties.
- Own the cyber security framework, risk management processes, and incident response activities.
- Maintain full GDPR and UK data-protection compliance.
- Lead audits, penetration testing programmes, and vulnerability remediation.
- Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and technology service partners.
- Deliver major technology projects, refurbishments, and new hotel opening requirements.
- Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams.
- Oversee budgets, CAPEX planning, and financial forecasting.
- Drive digital guest experience enhancements and innovation across the estate.
- Maintain and evolve policies covering data retention, access control, and breach response.
- Oversee security monitoring, patching cycles, and endpoint protection.
- Coordinate and deliver cyber security awareness training to all staff.
- Manage disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of IT leadership experience within hospitality or multi-site operations.
- Strong background in cyber security governance and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Opera PMS, networking, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Proven vendor management and budget ownership experience.
- Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred, not essential).
