We are seeking a confident and operationally strong Night Manager to lead the hotel during overnight hours. The Night Manager will be the senior decision-maker on property overnight, responsible for guest experience, team leadership, safety, and end-of-day financial controls. The Night Manager role requires a calm, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a luxury, lifestyle hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for guests overnight, handling queries and resolving issues
  • Oversee Front Office night operations and complete the Night Audit accurately
  • Prepare daily reports for senior management
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the building
  • Manage emergency procedures and overnight incidents if required
  • Reconcile daily financial transactions and maintain billing accuracy
  • Lead, support, and supervise the night team

Salary: £37,057 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
