We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about food, eager to develop their skills, and excited by the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients in a fast-paced, creative kitchen.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running your section during service
  • Maintaining excellent food standards
  • Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dishes and guest experiences
  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
  • Managing your section efficiently during service
  • Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
  • Supporting Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties in their development
  • Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Assisting with stock management and minimising waste
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef in a quality-led restaurant or hotel
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • A team-focused approach with a commitment to excellence

Salary: £36,692 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
