We are seeking an experienced, organised, and passionate Kitchen Manager to join our leadership team, supporting both locations in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, team development, and operational excellence.
Your Role:
As Kitchen Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day administration of the kitchens across both sites, working closely with the Executive Chefs and Head Chefs. Your role is crucial in supporting operational delivery, team management, food safety compliance, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen scheduling, timekeeping, and rota planning.
Support stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and inventory management.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations (HACCP).
Collaborate with senior chefs to maintain kitchen standards and operational procedures.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of kitchen staff.
Drive sustainability initiatives and cost-efficiency programs.
Act as a key point of contact between culinary, HR, and finance teams.
