With 354 bedrooms, award-winning food and drink outlets and an electric energy, Sea Containers London is a destination where glamour meets brutalism – and it's your London anchor on the River Thames.As our Engineering & Security Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across both the Engineering and Security departments.Working closely with the Director of Engineering & Security and the wider operational teams, you will help ensure that departmental processes run smoothly, records and compliance documentation remain accurate and up to date, and both teams have the administrative support they need to operate effectively.This is a varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, confident working across multiple priorities and enjoys being at the centre of a busy hotel operation.What You’ll DoProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering and Security teams.Coordinate departmental documentation, filing, reports and records, ensuring information is accurate and maintained appropriately.Support the management and tracking of planned preventative maintenance, outstanding works and departmental actions.Assist with maintaining health & safety, fire safety, security and other compliance-related records.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on agreed actions.Support the preparation of departmental reports and operational updates.Raise and track purchase orders, invoices and departmental expenditure where required.Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external partners and maintain relevant documentation.Support contractor administration, including ensuring appropriate documentation and information is in place before works commence.Assist with maintaining training records and coordinating departmental training requirements.Support the Security team with the administration and filing of incident reports and other security documentation.Maintain accurate records relating to keys, access controls and other security processes where required.Support audits and inspections by ensuring documentation and records are organised and readily available.Work closely with People & Culture, Finance and other hotel departments to ensure effective communication and follow-up.Provide general coordination and administrative support across both departments as required.At Sea Containers London we are committed to giving our employees the skills and support required to deliver extraordinary experiences, and most importantly, to grow in their careers.
