As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen, delivering consistently exceptional dishes, and supporting smooth day-to-day culinary operations across our food & beverage outlets and events spaces. The Chef de Partie will report directly to the Head Chef with a dotted reporting line to the Executive Chef, playing an integral role in maintaining the standards and creative direction of the hotel’s culinary offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your section during service with confidence and precision
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards
- Ensure mise en place is organised, labelled, and ready for service
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Support junior chefs with guidance, training, and supervision
- Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes
- Monitor portion control, waste management, and stock rotation
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Salary: £35,000 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
