About the Role

As a Barback, you'll be responsible for keeping the bar fully stocked, organised and service-ready at all times. The Barback works closely with our bartenders and restaurant team, helping to create a seamless guest experience by ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a busy restaurant bar, with opportunities to progress within our Food & Beverage team.

This is a three-month fixed-term opportunity, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked with spirits, wines, beers, mixers and garnishes.
  • Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all bar supplies are ready before and during service.
  • Collect and polish glassware to maintain presentation standards.
  • Replenish ice, glassware and bar equipment throughout service.
  • Keep the bar clean, organised and compliant with health, safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with the delivery, storage and rotation of stock.
  • Dispose of waste and recycling promptly to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support with opening and closing duties.
  • Work closely with the wider restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver friendly and professional interactions with guests whenever required.

Salary: £12.71 p/h + service charge (extremely competitive) + benefits
