CPL UK are urgently seeking a Locum Consultant Anaesthetist for a 10 month locum at an NHS Trust in Surrey.

Base location: Carshalton, SM5 1AA

Start: ASAP

Period: 10 months

Essential: Paediatrics and Obstetrics experience

Rates: Hourly PAYE, paid weekly

Programmed Activity:

  • Direct clinical care: 6.74 PA
  • On call: 2.33 PA
  • Supporting professional activities: 1 PA
  • Total programmed activity: 10.07 PA per week

Mandatory iClip PRO Training: The locum must complete online training for the patient management system, iClip PRO (similar to Cerner). They will not be permitted to work unless this training has been completed and a completion certificate has been provided. Please note: The training can take several hours to complete. Time spent completing the training is unpaid. Once completed, the certificate is valid for all future shifts worked at the Trust. iClip PRO certificates completed at other trusts will be accepted.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • The doctor is willing to complete iClip PRO training.
  • The doctor has a minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience.
  • The doctor has Paediatrics and Obstetrics experience.

Engagement will be via Direct Engagement (DE) only.
