Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry – Alberta, Canada
Location: Alberta, Canada
Salary: $750,000 (£450,000) or more (depend on the experience) – Permanent position
Clinic: We offer a flexible schedule with a choice of patients for your roster. The clinic is very modern and professional with 14 very spacious exam or counselling rooms in a 4,650 square foot clinic. There are four family physicians who will also refer patients to you.
Description: The right candidate should be passionate about making a meaningful impact in enhancing the quality of life of their patients by using the latest tools in medication-based treatment, psychotherapy, cannabis-based treatment, Esketamine based treatment, psychodynamic treatment, and mindfulness-based treatment for both individuals and groups. (No addiction patients).
To apply we will require the following qualifications:
- Specialist registration with the General Medical Council (CCT route only)
- Membership or Fellowship of the Royal College of Psychiatrists or equivalent qualification
