Cpl UK Healthcare (formally RIG Locums) are currently looking for a Clinical Haematology Staff Grade doctor in Plymouth for a 12 months permanent role. This post holder is required to provide registrar equivalent cover in Clinical Haematology across the ward, day unit and outpatient setting. The post holder will be expected to work as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team providing direct clinical care.

- Sound knowledge of basic clinical sciences and the ability to apply knowledge to clinical practice
- Able to prioritise clinical need and manage time effectively
- Aware of own limitations and know when to consult senior colleagues
- Understand the importance of working effectively in multi-disciplinary teams
- At least 24 months experience in internal medicine or an ACCS programme or equivalent (not including Foundation modules)
- Minimum 18 months experience working in NHS
- Experience of working in Haematology registrar level including safe prescription of chemotherapy
- Competence in procedures such as bone marrow biopsy and intrathecal chemotherapy
